The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. This is a small hotel with only 8 floors, and as such they are able to offer a more personal service than some of the larger hotels. All of the staff were extremely courteous and polite, (especially Joe Kok who looked after us personally)

Right next to Chinatown with a Metro Station just opposite the hotel. Perfect place to stay if you want to get out and explore Singapore and take in the variety of sights and sounds. Some reviews will critise the hotel for not having any food options...i.e. breakfast included. I really liked the location and the decoration in the hall and in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and available. The bed was really comfortable and the room as well as the rest of the hotel's shared spaces were very clean. They didnt have an elevator but there were electric escalators, which seemed like a nice idea! Bottled water included in room. Even thought they did not offer breakfast there were some great local breakfast places close by.

Great hotel, excellent location above the MRT station, Chinatown with many restaurants just around the corner. Excellent staff, very nice, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is relatively big (ca. 20m distance for swimming, plus adjacent pool for relaxing, although only 1.20m deep). I received a very good price for this nice hotel, probably because the hotel is new and after only 3 months not yet fully booked.

Although it's just a capsule room, it's surprisingly comfortable. The toilet is always clean and dry, no smell. The shower flows well. Locker, hairdryer for free. AC is cold! Blanket available for free. WiFi in your room for free. 24-hour breakfast you can just open the fridge and eat cereals, bread, biscuits and drink tea, coffee, milk. They also have microwave and if you still need to go around after checking in you can leave your bags for free. Computer with internet for free!
