  Location. Overlooking the Masjid Al Nabawi haram and very convenient for attending prayers. Courteous and helpful staff especially in the very busy restaurant and the reception. A plumbing problem in one of our rooms was taken care of promptly and efficiently.   The hotel has many good points and when compared to the rest of the 5 star hotels in Madinah it stands out. It has a peaceful feeling about it and is located close to the Haram. Finally, all the members of staff were friendly and helpful. - Staff was very helpful, when I reached the room was not ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price, which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.

  This hotel sits very close to Propher(SAW) Mosque, hardly one minute, check-in was prompt. Shopping choices are at door step,there is also a food court nearby (though we find it late). Another one of the staff actually went down to the pharmacy with me to get some bandages for my son.
