  First of all the staff was really courteous although all except one struggled with English. The hotel is 2min & 37sec walk(fast pace) from the Holy Majid-E-Nabwi (Gate No. 15) which is located at North West Corner and will take further 5-6min walk inside the Haram Shareef before you reach Bab Al Salaam. We also still can drop our family on the lobby and easily go (if you find the way :)) to park the car in Masjid Nabawi basement car parking (only sar 1/ hour).
