I liked nothing every thing is poor starting from behavior and the worst thing is poor facilities and material.
Nothing at all. A very disappointing place indeed.

I reserved 1 day prior to my arrival. But the staff dont know what is letsbookhotel.com. I show them the reservation number but they rejected it. I had to book on site. alle vurderinger »

WiFi is not available in whole hotel and has a very limited & poor
coverage of few meters only near the reception.
Hotel is almost on 10-12 minutes walk from Haram. Earlier they mentioned 2 minutes walk was a lie.
Reception staff does not understand English. (Arabic Only!).
When we arrived, they didn't know about our reservation and we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to check with letsbookhotel.com team.
I liked nothing.
The reception staff were arrogant and rude. No bell staff to help with luggage. Room was cramped bathroom was smelling and bath leaking. No cleaning service for the whole time we were there. Phone did not work. Attitude of the staff was disgusting. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as sdvertised. Wont recommend ever.
Everything in the hotel is vert poor & bad. They are cheating the
customers with sime faked photos at booking. There is no wifi network
at the hotel while it was mentioned in the hotel facilities a free
Wifi. I don't recommend this hotel & sure I'll never stay
there next time.
Clean facility, staff behavior, room service all very worse.. Actual it never be a star facility hotel..also their statement is false about distance between haram n hotel..Bcz with more less budget anybody can stay near haram with more facility hotel.. So why this hotel!!!.
