Tidy, clean, standard modern rooms, and a location among the medieval churches of the old "Torg" part of the city. 10 mins walk to the Kremlin. Generous breakfast buffet included, with real tea & coffee. The breakfast was very good, everything was clean and tidy, the room (207) spacious , the bed very comfortable. All in all, we were very satisfied and definitly stay there again.

There were two minor problems: it was a bit cold in the room (it was impossible to regulate the heater) and the shower head couldn't be fixed properly. Disorganized breakfast time, especially when there are many people - service was slow when food run out. Fridge in my room actually didn't work, but I even didn't ask for a replacement as I didn't need it really. The rooms although clean were old and small and no internet options in the rooms. They also would not allow you to plug in tea pots, irons, and other electric items- strange?. I had a non-smoking room but still could feel the smell, I think it comes from smoking rooms through the ventilation system. nice staff, except one person (Круглова Светалана). She wasn't polite with us and didn't try to help. Absence of air-conditioning in the room - it was quite hot in August.
