Staff very nice. Even the ones who didnt speak much english, were very kind and nice. Room clean, small, but very confortable. Location, very friendly staff, price. Staff was considerate and helpful. free water for guests. All very good. Hotel close to metro station (by Russian standards) and relatively cheap. Easy access by metro to city center. Hotel staff very kind and polite. Do their best evenf if most of them do not speak English. Free coffee and tea available any time. Free wifi.
