Perfect location. You can get to apartment both from Nevskiy and Italyanskaya. Attentive personnel - met us near the building, when leaving allowed us to leave luggage in the office till the evening. A lot of space and Air conditioning. There is kitchen with dishwasher and everything for cooking.
The appartment was situated right in the heart of St. Petersburg within walking distance (2-3 km) from most of the the main attractions. In spite of the central place, we didn't hear any noise from the street, as the appartment was in a quiet backyard.

The location of the hotel is perfect in the city centre and close to the metro.

Bathroom is Ok, but not perfect.
Stairs - 5 floors, but you can live with it.
We were surprised that there was no reception, probably we didn't read the instructions well enough, but we managed to get in contact by phone and the staff was there to let us in very fast.
1.You have to make your own bed.
2.There was no key for the courtyard gate, so after midnight you cannot get in.
3. Nobody answers the
phone after midnight.
4. No drinking water provided.
5. Poor view.
Very shabby and dirty apartments.
Pour interior and service, not fair for the price you pay. Could be accepted somewhere in the countryside but not in the center of the city.
Impossible to find. Wrong address listed and no sign! Also false
advertising as there is no 24 hour desk.
