Good location, handy for the Metro and a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance. Clear instructions about collecting keys and getting into the apartment. Great location, in the middle of everything. Reasonably cheap, all things considered. The front bedroom had some street noise. Mosquitoes were an issue. Very hard to find the apartment - the keypad for the lock was very hidden, tit was not well-signed, and hardly even know which door to go into (there were at least 4 doors) and it's hard to even find the office to get the keys in the first place. The place wasn't all that clean (musty smell, and floorboards were a bit grotty). We booked an airport transfer, and they completely over-estimated the time so we ended up wasting an hour.

The keys can be picked up in the office located on 8 Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street (Dom Finlandii Business Centre – Suomi talo), 3rd floor, office B303 from 10.00 am till 18.30. If your estimated arrival time is earlier or later than the office open hours please inform the administration in advance, and the keys will be left for you at the reception of the business centre. Please pay attention that all keys shall be returned to the office of Forenom company ин not later than 14.00 on the day of departure. In order to hand over the keys you can use paid services of a courier of Forenom.
