Absolutely a positive experience! Good location, comfortable and clean hotel and operated like western hotels. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke fluent English. This all gave a feeling of being welcome there.

From the minute I arrived to the minute I left the staff did everything to make my stay a pleasurable one. The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. I loved absolutely everything! My room (classic double) was clean, spacious, with lots of day light and very comfortable for resting and working. The room service is also excellent. The breakfast was delicious with rich variety of choices. The staff is very nice, caring and helpful.
The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.
