  Our group had absolutely no negative experiences - we spent a wonderful time at this hotel and were especially delighted when the management presented a complimentary gift of champagne to one of our members celebrating a special birthday.   The staff and hotel were excellent! The front desk and business center staff were extra helpful to this English speaker. They helped us obtain tickets to St. Petersburg and helped with directions.
