The best location. New furniture. Friendly staff. A many attractions,
galleries, bars, restaurants, public transport near.
The proximity to the centre of Moscow. The staff were always willing to help and the appartment was kept very clean.

Slightly tricky to find and instructions give address in english but the identifying plaque is in Russian.
Impossible to find the apartment! No signage at all. (In the end some obliging Russian men rang the apartment for us and escorted us there.).
bathroom quite cold (you need to drag around with the extra heather), one day room not cleaned, may be noisy in the morning.
Staff doesn't speak English, but very good at using Google
translator (so no communication problem); very difficult to find the
place (very clear map is necessary).
No sign. I went by the building many times but the address on the door was different than given by email confirmation . Passerby on the street called for me. Would be nice if they sent correct address and directions.
Hard to locate ( no sign on door), no tv channels in English, no window in single apartment. Do not go there if claustrophobic.
