cheap. well, the cheapest you will find in the center. the staff are nice and welcoming. washing machine for usage of guest for few Rub. People all very friendly, the house keeper is very kind. Near to the city center. Location only. Nothing, the location is central but with no signs it is impossible to find. very local. not for foreignness. if you imagine young, hip. and cool travelers - well change your mind. these are true local. older, from small and far place who are coming to the capital. not clean. very basic. not all personal know English.
