Very friendly staff with good English. Super clean, separate showers and toilets which helps avoid queues. Comfy bunks in dorm room - didn't squeak and move around like most dorm bunks! Excellent location, practically next door to the Hermitage. Very pleased to see there is a lift as it's on 6th floor! -

The location is superb - it's one block from the Church on Spilled Blood, and the Main Street Nevsky Prospekt, and 5 min walk to the Hermitage / Winter Palace.
The staff are welcoming, friendly and keep the hostel very clean.
We liked it so much (and found so much to do in St Petersburg) that we stayed a second week, and have already recommended it to other travellers. Thanks Natasha, Lena and Jane!

An exellent hostel, friendly receptionists, totally designed according to the "Friends" movie. Towels, bed cloth are given, clean and fully equiped showers and wc. Washing mashine and iron place are for free. Common spacy cosy kitchen with frige, water, tea, diches and everything needed. We were empressed and happy when checked in to this hostel.

The hostel is nice and clean. It is very well located in the heart of the city. Personnel is attentive and ready to help. It's great that the number of shower rooms and WCs is enough to have no queues. Washing machine with detergent supplied is a bonus. The room (at least our room) was fine, enough space and simple but good beds.
