  Very nice, friendly staff. There was Pancake week and one day they treat everybody to pancakes (in addition to usual breakfast). Everything is comfortable: all the necessary facilities, the kitchen,where the guests can have tea or coffee at any time, it's clean and calm in the room. And very good location! - Hotel location is EXCELLENT, walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants(/fast food). There is a bus stop just opposite the hotel if you need to go to Moscow train station. Our room was cleaned every day. The receptionists are friendly and speaks english. We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.

  The location is virtually the best in Saint Petersburg. Very easy to find, very close to the metro, the main street full of restaurants and 3 minutes walking from the Hermitage Museum. Very clean, very simple, shared bathrooms (but clean) and a normal breakfast.   I liked the location because it's very coquete,modern and clean.It's situated at approximately 100m from the Hermitage Museum,in a central area,where there are a lot of restaurants.The hotel staff is very careful,hospitable and they made our staying very pleasant. Absolutely recomend this hotel !
