  A very comfortable and clean room, good facilities, strong signal in the room for wi-fi internet connection which is offered for free, and extremely kind and helpful staff. If I'm back in Krasnoyarsk some day, this is definitely the hotel where I will again stay at. Although they speak only Russian language, the hotel has the most polite and the... hva folk sier » most helpful staff that I have ever seen in Russia. Even at 4* and 5* hotels in Russia, you will not find such helpful staff. - Everyone was so friendly, and welcoming which is really ununsual in Russia. It was a nice change.

  The room was big, wifi worked very well, service was very good, breakfast was good, spa was good, and the Italian restaurant was so great we ate there 3 times in two days ))
