  It has clean, beautiful rooms (some with balconies). They are light, comfortable, with pictures. The building itself is beautiful too. The cafe on the first floor offers us cheap but tasty dishes and stuff is very nice. The location is very comfortable, because it's about 20 minutes to the rail- and busstations on foot.   Excellent quality for a moderate price. Mind that this hotel is not located in the city center (though it's possible to reach the center on foot), but it's one of the few residential districts of Kaliningrad that weren't destroyed during WW2, so it looks very nice and is worth visiting on its own. - Welcoming and friendly staff.
