  It was just amazing! When booking I requested for a higher floor with a terrace. When arrived I was upgrated since the room I booked was not free. Finally I've got one-bedroom apt with a huge terrace overlooking the old tiled roofs. It was extremely hot during my stay, and AC provided salutary coolness. Hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly; special thanks to Andrea from the reception d - I liked everything about it. The room with kitchen was very large and bright with a super balcony facing a garden and lovely baroque building. It was quiet and an easy taxi to my conference hotel, the cabs were called by the hotel. Andreea was fabulous - not only was she always sunny and helpful but even did extensive research online for my friend and I for a restaurant.

Bedroom newly renovated and very well furnished. Refurbishment of the entrance and lobby area I was told will start soon. Hotel centrally located within easy walking distance of Piata Universitate, where I was able to sample the vin Fiert (mulled wine) at the Christmas market, and watch the spectacular illuminations. I will certainly stay here again on my frequent transits from Petrosani to the Airport.
