  Really attentive staff. The host was incredibly understanding and easy-going. The double room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities provided and a 24/7 kitchen downstairs is available. Overall, excellent value for money - The staff were helpful. We are a partnered gay couple and were given a double bedded room which we requested. The hotel is near the main station and underground and also bus 780 from the airport stops at the station. The cafe is good. The rooms were modern, beds were nice.   This is a fabulous hotel in all respects. Loved the fact the staff was very helpful and we were sourrounded by luxury. Our kid- quite accustomed to staying in 4 stars hotels coudln't stop saying- wow:). The rooms are in perfect condition, extremely clean and comfy. I enjoyed the variety of food provided for breakfast. I would definitely return here again.

  I had a very pleasant experience with the Bucharest stay at hotel ss residence. I was quite pleased with the service and actually made me think if I should have stayed for few more days in Bucharest. Due to its proximity, reaching the hotel is not a problem by using public transportation... also the bus stop of airport shuttle 783 is near by... - The Reason I chose this hotel was due to the location the pictures and recomendations form other visitors. The hotel did not dissapoint in any way. It is as described central to the old part iof town near the museums and parks. The taxi service from the hotel is effortless and very quick. The staff themselves di everything I asked and I felt went the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable. The facilities are very good with a good range of different appartments. I will be returning to this
