I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. The restaurant personnel complied each time with my special requests.

I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

The owner is great, he will go out of his way to help you in anyway possible. He even contacted me by Viber to arrange meeting points. We were able to leave our bags in his car and he arranged to meet us somewhere to pick them back up again!

It`s a flat not an hotel and you feel home. It`s well designed and comfortable. Close to everywhere and there is metro station so close; market and university. It`s not that close to historical center but still a great place to be. If i`ll go again to Bucharest; I`ll definetly stay in here. Owner is very friendly and helps you a lot with whatever you need.
