Nice, clean hotel, with very helpful staff. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and abundant, compared to the reviews I had read. Free access to the gym and pool. and free internet access were a significant plus for me.

Very nice atmosphere in the large lobby. We had a standard room, but it was big enough for 2 persons and clean. The breakfast was excellent. - It's a little outside town so there are 3 decent restaurants in the hotel itself if you don't want to venture out. Very spacious lobby, good for small meetings.

The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable!
Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). -

This is a fabulous hotel in all respects. Loved the fact the staff was very helpful and we were sourrounded by luxury. Our kid- quite accustomed to staying in 4 stars hotels coudln't stop saying- wow:).

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Everywhere I went I was greeted by a staff member. Very professional and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was comfortable and beautiful. I enjoyed the variety of food provided for breakfast. I would definitely return here again.

I guess it was fairly new concept for me, long term appartments, in hotel regime. In this sense it was extremly quiet and pleasant plus 24 hours reception(on a separate entry) and 24 hours security at appartments entry. Location was as central as it gets. - location, quiet

were in Bucharest for the first time on a mix of business and pleasure
with a 5-year old and 17 year-old so we wanted to be able to relax in
the spa as well. The hotel was really stylish, new, clean, the pool area
was fantastic, really nicely designed, warm and large enough to swim
properly, also a kids pool and jacuzzi. The spa area was great and there
was a really big gym as well. Our apartment was enormous (business)

I have never received such genuine service like I had at the Athenee Palace! Laura gave us a long list of recommended places to visit both in Bucharest and in Brasov, including the coolest restaurant in the mountains. Gabriella actually lent her her own coat so that I would be warm enough while sight seeing! We will absolutely be returning to the Athenee Palace Hilton on our next trip to Bucharest! Thank you for the wonderful accomodations and experience!

I had a very pleasant experience with the Bucharest stay at hotel ss
residence. I was quite pleased with the service and actually made me
think if I should have stayed for few more days in Bucharest.
The location is absolutely fantastic... 8 minutes walk from the Piata Unirii square... which is one the main attraction and always active in Buchares

The Reason I chose this hotel was due to the location the pictures and recomendations form other visitors. The hotel did not dissapoint in any way. It is as described central to the old part iof town near the museums and parks. The taxi service from the hotel is effortless and very quick. The staff themselves di everything I asked and I felt went the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable. The facilities are very good with a good range of different appartments. I will be returning to this
