  No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March '13. That night after the opera I was not able to tell the taxi driver the address of Epoque, we assumed every taxi driver would know, since it was located almost round the corner from the National Opera... hva folk sier » House. Anyhow, after trying our chance with quite a few taxi drivers, I found the address and tel no of hotel through a friend through hotel's web si - The hotel is located right in the center, next to a beautiful park with a lake, 5 min to all the right places, yet hidden among the streets, thus allowing for quitness and privacy. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle! Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.   The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.

  I guess it was fairly new concept for me, long term appartments, in hotel regime. In this sense it was extremly quiet and pleasant plus 24 hours reception(on a separate entry) and 24 hours security at appartments entry. Location was as central as it gets. - location, quiet

  We had a party organised for my husband 50 th ... It was amazing as we have booked the also the Athenee Palace suite as a surprise for him with cake ( out of this world prepared for the hotel for 18 people) and food again provided by the hotel at very good prices .. The staff was great and so helpful ... I could not fault it for anything .. We did... hva folk sier » stay here before and I can t wait for next time ... Bravo Hilton Bucharest top on my list from all the other Hilton Hotels I have stayed ... The only - I have never received such genuine service like I had at the Athenee Palace! Laura gave us a long list of recommended places to visit both in Bucharest and in Brasov, including the coolest restaurant in the mountains. Gabriella actually lent her her own coat so that I would be warm enough while sight seeing! We will absolutely be returning to the Athenee Palace Hilton on our next trip to Bucharest! Thank you for the wonderful accomodations and experience!
