The staff were helpful. We are a partnered gay couple and were given a double bedded room which we requested. The hotel is near the main station and underground and also bus 780 from the airport stops at the station. The cafe is good. The rooms were modern, beds were nice. We will be staying there again in August

The hotel is located right in the center, next to a beautiful park with a lake, 5 min to all the right places, yet hidden among the streets, thus allowing for quitness and privacy. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle!
Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.

Nice, clean hotel, with very helpful staff. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and abundant, compared to the reviews I had read. Free access to the gym and pool. and free internet access were a significant plus for me.

The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable!
Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). -

This is a fabulous hotel in all respects. Loved the fact the staff was very helpful and we were sourrounded by luxury. Our kid- quite accustomed to staying in 4 stars hotels coudln't stop saying- wow:).

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Everywhere I went I was greeted by a staff member. Very professional and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was comfortable and beautiful. I enjoyed the variety of food provided for breakfast. I would definitely return here again.

I guess it was fairly new concept for me, long term appartments, in hotel regime. In this sense it was extremly quiet and pleasant plus 24 hours reception(on a separate entry) and 24 hours security at appartments entry. Location was as central as it gets. - location, quiet

I can honestly say that this was the best hotel we ever had for the best price. SInce we ordered quite late, the price was 75 €. This is the least i ever payed, and the room was the best i ever had. The usual price of 150-200 € of the room would make it a bit too expensive for what it is. And don't worry about the fact that the hotel is only a 3 st

Staff was very kind and helpful. Spacy, clean and very comfortable rooms with free internet and all other facilities for business and private travel are available. Price is very good too.
