  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out.   The staff was amazing. We arrived in Zakopane at 7am and the reception was locked so I called to see when it was open. Knowing that check-in wasn't till 2pm we were just hoping to drop off our packs and do some hiking. The owner did more than that, she let us check into our room and served us breakfast!! The rooms upstairs are nice and cozy (big windows on the first floor!) and there is a 5-bed (3 room) apartment on the ground floor ideal for families. (We rented 3 rooms in the building). The breakfast is excellent, is very well worth the price. Furthermore you can get tea/coffee throughout the day. The staff is always there to help and it is amazing how many languages they speak! They are really doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Well

  Need to start off by saying that the pancakes they do for breakfast are to die for. We arrived in early feb and stayed in the studio apartment which was on the top floor. There is no lift and seeing as we had quite a lot of luggage it was a struggle getting them up the 3/4 flights of stairs. But don't let this put you off!! The shower room is big and eve - We had a very comfortable room with all we could want. The bed was comfortable, there was a table and chairs, small fridge, crockery and cutlery, kettle etc as well as a kitchen available for guests to use upstairs. Willa Marma is in a pleasant and quiet residential area above the main town, with parking onsite. We didnt move our car once we were there, finding it it easy to walk into town and about the same distance, but uphill all the way, to get to the Kuznice cable car up to Kasprowy Wierc
