  Stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Hotel staff were very helpful, very good breakfast, nice swimming pool and terrace. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left.   I can not say enough good for our stay. The staff was super, thebreakfast was outstanding, and overall, I reccomment this hotel foreveryone. It was a great stay. - The staff speaks English and was very helpful. The hotel was newer and the rooms were large.

  Szklarska Poreba is beautiful. The location of the hotel is a little hike away from the town center activities, but I think that works to its advantage. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price - and the food was excellent. Spa facilities are very good too.
