It was a very special few days at this hotel for my 82 year old parents and I. If I could give an excellent + rating, I would. - We booked an additional day at the Neohotel at the last minute. The staff juggled rooms to insure my handicapped 82 year old parents maintained their first floor room despite not having availability for the additional nite. My mother is blind and my father can barely walk. I love the staff because they made this juggling act transparent to my parents.
