  This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the market square of the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and accommodating.   Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow. The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob. Lovely warm bathroom with bathrobes & slippers provided. ... hva folk sier » The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff can help with recommendations and also organise trips and taxi tr - We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... hva folk sier » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. We were the first guests in the hotel..
