the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean
and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and

Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We

I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -

two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking.
