  The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accomodating . breakfast was average but delivered to the room . Excellent location . They even added proper bath towels after feedback and also provided a bedside lamp . - It was very nice and close to all facilities. Because of it, it was very convenient to move around

  The hostel is in a perfect location being five minutes from the train station and from the centre of the old town. I was in a ten bed dorm, which was roomy with space go bags etc. Everything was clean. The floors were hovered and washed. Breakfast of cereal and toast is included from 8 to 10 everyday which is amazing at this price!   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street.   Amazing atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and you had the option of getting dinner if you helped cook it! You had the use of all the kitchen facilities and there were washing machines available to wash your clothes if needed. The hostel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk - The best hostel I've ever been to! From the time of check-in to when we left, our experience was awesome. There are lots of activities organized by the staff, there is breakfast and dinner provided, it's easy to meet fun new people from around the world, and the location is perfect - very close to the bus/train station and all the sights. The staff even offered to take everyone around the bars at night. There was a range of ages there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stay here!

  Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50).
