  Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square. I got hot water, comfort, cleanliness, great atmosphere, all rolled into one. It is definitely a place I plan to come back to next time I visit Krakow. I also appreciated the location, perfect for a tour of the town and people coming to Kakow by train (train statio, Krakow Glowny, is a 5-min walk from the hostel and the Galleria Krakowska shopping mall and really close to Planty park and the historic center).
