  Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely. Outside the room there was a small kitchen, handy for making cups - perfect location to main city clean and comfortable

  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.

  Cheap accommodation with a decent breakfast included and private bathrooms for each individual room number. View into the old town square was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and stay again! - Fantastic location in the main square with an amazing view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and facilities were comfy and clean.
