We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well. Very friendly staff throughout hotel. The apartment was very nicely decorated (just like the rest of the hotel) and was very roomy. The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect and once we found
our feet realised that we were in walking distance from most restaurants
and bars. The food was good with plenty of variety. The people outside
the hotel spoke very little english but enough for us to get by. A train
ride for 2 - 3 euros to a place called Sopot is a must. Its

The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with.
The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the Grand Cru Hotel over the last weekend and I was very
pleased with the high standards of the hotel itself and with the
service. I had dinner in the restaurant on one of the evenings and would
recommend it for quality, service and value. My waiter was great and I
would not have known it was his first night if he had not told me

The hotel is just round the corner from the water -
It's location close enough to the historic center yet in a secluded
and quiet area. Our room was spacious,it was comfortable, clean and
quiet. The architecture of the building with a mix of new and some
touches of old style. The minimalist decoration in the rooms. Tastefully
designed restaurant as well. They had a very sweet gesture and offer my
husband and me complimentary dessert and a drink for our 32nd Wedding
Anniversary. Thanks grand cru!!!

I always stay in this hotel, because it's new, comfortable, with suitable location, underground parking, fitness gym and sauna!The rooms are very cozy and clean. I always sleep well there, the bed is very comfortable!There is a nice restaurant, and a lobby bar. The breakfast is also very good!The free Wi-fi is very useful! -
