After 10 days of Oslo, Bergen, Alesund and the fjords, what a pleasure to find this lovely place. Direct return to nature at its best. Very large room, three windows, no curtains ( wake up early or bring a mask ). Simple breakfast, no dinner unless ordered in advance. The style Is super simple, raw. No TV or minibar of course, but mother nature and an excellent wifi. The perfect occasion to do something else. They also have cabins.

The owner & staff are wonderful and very interesting. Great conversation with them & with other guests. The setting is spectacular, in a quiet way. Because it is small and a little hard to find, you won't find roaming busloads of tourists. The facilities are simple, not luxurious - but very comfortable and perfect for the environment.
Amazing guesthouse with great personal service and touch. Stunning view, one of the best i've ever seen. During summer a great terrace on the bay side, good food, drinks and rooms are clean and spaceous! Perfect for families or couples who want some relaxing time.
A must for anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax. Located right on the water in a fjord.you are welcomed by a young couple who make every effort to make you feel at home.
The view from and surroundings of the hotel are spectacular.
Unique property converted from former fishing industry use. The proprietors have creatively re-used crab traps as coffee tables, etc., which gives a rustic feel. Beautiful views of the water and very nice staff.
Awesome location - "just you and the ocean" (as receptionist said).
Nice style and feel of the rooms - refurbished fisherman's house.
Plenty of nearby space to park the car.
Tutto. È un posto fatato.
the location!!!!!.
Beds in Norway are always slightly small and narrow.
Stairs to upper floors are a little narrow, so navigate carefully.
~20 mins drive (10 of which will be through a bad coutryside road) to closest food shop.
Pricey, as everything in Norway.
Room had some fish/shrimp smell when we arrived, a few hours of opened windows helped.
I need food in the evening and we did not know that there would not be any food available.( probably did not read everything) An idea with some sort of simple "soup of the day"option to be warmed up in a microwave.
The quality of the bread at the breakfast buffet. Norway has very good bread. The options served where of very poor quality.
