Staff were really friendly, really accommodating and wiling to go the extra mile. Reasonable rates and really convenient location. Great water pressure. Care-free easy accommodation. We arrive late in the evening and left early the next morning and didn't have much time to take in what the Coachman Motel have to offer. We decided to stay for two nights and owners were very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Our second night was in a much bigger unit.
alle vurderinger » Nice comfortable motel and although not extra modern had all the facilities you need and was very roomy and very clean. Close proximity to University when we visited our daughter. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. Very supportive and friendly staff. Even helped me with some business copies and work while travelling. a five minute trip to the shops and food centres, friendly staff, clean. a pleasant motel to stay at. Helpful manager, small budget unit but with cooking facilities and laundry available. The room was clean and quiet. Lots of hot water - good shower. Staff friendly. Friendly and helpful staff. EXCELLENT breakfast. Quiet and relaxing. Close to amenities, shops, takeaways, petrol station, bottle store. the sun shining in the motel in the morning. Good Location. Friendly staffs. Friendly, efficient service. great all round. The location was good. There was a bus stop in front of the motel, so very easy to get to Westfield Riccarton. The shower was really good. Clean and tidy, booked online, no problems. Got the bedding we had booked. Heating and electric blanket turned on for me on the second night. Spacious room, clean, helpful staff, handy location. comfortable bed. location. Good position for what we needed. Would be nice to have had detachable shower head - but not a must have. If you're a light sleeper request not to have Room 1 - while it didn't bother me too much the motel is located on a busy street and traffic could be a bit noisy for some. Also the light from the sign shines directly on the bed - they have tried to fix this however, but it may still bother some. On our first night we had booked a room with a double bed etc. Our room was extremely small and we thought the room was over priced. Nothing. Nothing! Eveything was very convenient for myself and other guests. As it was a cold night it would have been good if heating had been turned on to warm room. Complimentary shampoo but no conditioner. Room needs renovation. No coffee plunger. The room needs to have an upgrade. Also, when I entered the room the windows in the bathroom & behind the bed were open, so it was very cold....not good in winter! OK for one night but I wouldn't stay any more. Unit was beside very busy road, minimal sleep. The room I had on the first night was cold with inadequate heating. Traffic noise - felt & sounded like I was in the middle of Riccarton Road! I know its the busiest road in the South Island, maybe double-glazing would help. the tried decore. the cooked breakfast. We were disappointed in the state of the rooms, very run down and not very clean. Mildew on shower curtains and around windows, windows dirty and net curtains had holes in them. Rip in couch. Needed a big overhall. Not even enough room to open a suitcase! Noisy. Old and worn out!. The cutlery was filthy. There was dish liquid in the room but the only facility to clean it in was the bathroom and I expect that the previous guests had just wiped over the plates and they hadnt been re- cleaned by staff.
