  I am a very friendly person, Australian. I found the staff including Martin (?spelling) to be very helpful and concerned that I had an enjoyable time. I am an Andre Rieu fan since the Unsolved murder of my son Ben, aged 22yrs.the hotel is close to the Vrijthof, a good walk in the old city.i love history. Room 7/Nana was exceptional, split level and so spacious. Felt more like my own apartment. Beds are HUGE and incredibly comfortable. Service was excellent and the swimming pool, although I was unable to use it, looked beautiful.

  Stayed three nights for biking in the area. Spacious, well furnished and clean room in the cosy centre of Gulpen. The place is managed by a very friendly and forthcoming couple.   Very professional, friendly service (even on my arrival at 11pm on a Sunday night). Incredibly comfortable bed and a quiet room. Fantastic views across the lake as you enjoy a delicious breakfast.
