The staff was always helpful & friendly. The room was big & comfortable - I would definitely stay there again.   Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement.   The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions.   We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker. In our room there was a bathroom with (dark) glass wall - so you can see what's happening inside from the room - you have to decide on your own whether it's a plus or not :)
