They thoughtfully provide breakfast in the room so that guests can have it at whatever time is best. Also, the location is excellent--very walkable to many if not most of Amsterdam's major places of interest. One note: the two flights of stairs are steep, so that may be something to consider.

There are two rooms and we stayed in the one closer to the pantry. The room itself is larger - First of all, when we arrived, Goran (the manager) was waiting for us. The location is perfect, less then 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and very cousy. Beds were alright for a short stay, good enough kitchen facilities for us to cook up a couple of very tasty meals. Decent size bathroom with a good shower. Smoking was permitted which was great for us - you can request non smoking if required though. - The owner of the apartment was great! He was very helpful. The apartment was value for money.
