Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment per stay. Please note that early and late check-in and check-out is possible at a surcharge upon request. Early check-in from 10:00 until 15:00 costs EUR 30. Late check-in from 18:00 until 22:00 costs EUR 30 and check-in later than 22:00 costs EUR 50. Late check-out after 11:00 costs EUR 50. Please note that the security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer of Pay Pal. The deposit can also be paid via credit card. Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise complaints from the neighbors. Please inform Plantage Area Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
