Please note that Harbour Dock Apartments have no reception in the building itself. You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the Special Requests box. The hotelier will contact the guests by mail after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival; guests need a valid credit card for an authorization as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance have occurred.
