Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made and no smoking in the room or anywhere in and around the building has occurred. Please note that for groups of 3 guests or more, there is an additional cleaning fee applicable of EUR 35 per person per day. Please inform the property of your expected arrival time to arrange check-in. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the rooms who are not staying at the property. Please note that cleaning is done every week and after check-out, but also whenever it is requested by the guest at the following rates: - EUR 15 per person - EUR 29 for the Single Room Please note that towels are provided upon request at a surcharge. Smoking and drug using are strictly prohibited on the property, including the terrace and in front of the building.
