  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. There were no windows to the outside but we d... hva folk sier » id not miss much and I think that kept the room cool. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Also, free breakfast in bed is great - The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and experienced many different levels of service from staff..
