  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. The riad is a place of calm and quiet in a very busy city, and a dip in the pool was v - Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also a very reasonable price).   I arrived in Marrakech from Belgium suffering the affects of food poisoning and was immediately attended to by Jacques who made me as comfortable as possible. He arranged for me to visit a nearby pharmacy to help me get over my problem for which I was very grateful.
