Hamid was very helpful the time we were at Chez Youssef. We changed our schedule at least 3 times because we were sick but it was totally no problem for him. He took good care of us. In the end I was really surprised because he didn't want to charge the room for the last night when my sick friend stayed there and I went to the desert. I think that says enough about him and the place.

The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived.
