  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi driv... hva folk sier » e to the centre of the hustle and bustle. - Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. Very knowledgeable and willing to help us negotiate... hva folk sier » prices. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design. Great Hamman a - Where shall I start... If you want an enchanting experience you'll never forget, go to this place with it's magical Morrocan style! La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff) The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage) Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end. .
