  First at all,the personaliced customer service, and very kindly staff that give you all the facilities that you could need. The Riad is 5 mins. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm

  We stayed here for 5 nights in November and Riad Lorsya couldn't have suited us more perfectly. It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location.   The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  I really loved the customer service the Riad gave us. When we arrived they served us tea with pastries inside a relaxing area. Mustafa is amazing, he woke up early (6am) to serve us breakfast before an excursion.
