Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

Mostapha was an incredible host welcoming us late in the evening like family with traditional Moroccan tea and an orientation to Marrakech. He was a great guide on our first day trying to find our way through the alleys, souks and squares of the Medina. The room was authentic and comfortable and the roof deck is worth visiting to see/hear/feel the city. A terrific introduction to the old city. Wonderful experience - highly recommended.

centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might

I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in
Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location
is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very
nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining
around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the
person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea
for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him
credit here..

My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. We stayed for two days and were very disappointed. We would not return and would not recommend it. The location is good and the rooms were OK although a little tired & lighting was poor as some light bulbs were not working. The lady who served breakfast was excellent and friendly but we found the male manager very unhelpful.
