Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in
Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location
is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very
nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining
around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the
person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea

Probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the suite, which was huge and just amazing! Very tasteful interior throughout! The staff was really friendly and attentive. A perfect and calm oasis in hectic Marrakesh.

We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech. At times I much preferred sitting by the pool in the lobby than being outside in the heat.

The Riad is located in a nice area in the Medina, making every morning's (<10min) walk to Djemaa el Fna very enjoyable.
