Riad Jnane Agdal was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff.
We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech. At times I much preferred sitting by the pool in the lobby than being outside in the heat.

We were welcomed with great hospitality in the Riad and although we had some (double)booking issues, were given a very nice room. The rooms were very clean and the roofterras offered a nice view during breakfast in the morning.
The Riad is located in a nice area in the Medina, making every morning's (<10min) walk to Djemaa el Fna very enjoyable.
It was a great place to stay, for the last days of our trip to Morocco, against a very fair tarif!

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

The location is the best you can expect. It's a 2 min easy walk from Jamaa el Fna. From the terrace (wich is amazing by the way) you can hear the noise in jamaa el Fna but in a good way. Inside the riad it's very peaceful. The riad is beatiful, just like the photos, even though the rooms seem a little more luminous in the net (that was not a problem, there was enough light). The location of Riad Anya is very central and in a safe,quiet area, the decor of the riad was fabulous,with many shaded areas with comfortable seating just perfect for relaxing.the roof terrace was ideal for catching the sun and the pool just perfect for cooling off.The twin room on the first floor we shared was spacious , airy , comfortable and very clean. We stayed for two days and were very disappointed. We would not return and would not recommend it. The location is good and the rooms were OK although a little tired & lighting was poor as some light bulbs were not working. The lady who served breakfast was excellent and friendly but we found the male manager very unhelpful.

I have been to Marrakech on a few occasions now and by far my favourite Riad. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm
