  Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses... hva folk sier » drop you right outside the main square for 4 dirhams- 30 pence ( kids under 6 go for free) - Our stay was excellent you know what you get with assonfou good size rooms fridge electric hob, toilets and shower are clean. Stayed at here before and would do again, highly recommended it to anyone

  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull.
