I really loved the customer service the Riad gave us. When we arrived they served us tea with pastries inside a relaxing area. Mustafa is amazing, he woke up early (6am) to serve us breakfast before an excursion. We enjoyed the authentic breakfast that was served to us daily. -

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.
