This is a stylish, very clean place in a convenient location. The owners
were extremely friendly, helpful and organized. They gave me all the
information I needed at front, and they were always available to answer
any additional questions I had. The room was very nice, too. Spacious
for a single room, so I was able to relax very well. Thanks to the
wonderful owners and this wonderful riad, I really enjoyed my time in

We found the staff very helpful, giving us advice on sights to see and organising taxis for us.
The breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely, relaxing start to the day - with plenty to eat. -
Staff were friendly and very accommodating when we all slept in not knowing that the clocks went forward.

This place is a little gem, right in the heart of the medina in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the room right on the top floor with the roof terrace. It is the smallest room in the riad but still plenty of space. The bathroom is small but adequate with a fantastic powerful shower with plenty of hot water. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay that is well-decorated in Moroccan designs, then this is it! The check-in was very easy even though the staff did not speak too much English. The staff gave us a map of the medina and instructions for how to get to some of the sights.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, they made us feel like we were at home. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice to feel like the only people in the riad (private). Riad was perfectly located to everything in Essouria. Annie was exceptionally hospitable and friendly and made for a perfect host at Dar el Paco.
The Riad itself was wonderful and the room was comfortable and clean with a large kitchen and comfortable dining area for breakfast or reading and chatting to other guests if you wished to do so.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the medina and not far from the beach. It was very easy to find! Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The power shower was hot which was amazing after a week of cold showers elsewhere. We were made to feel really welcome when we arrived. Would definitely stay again! Essaouira is beautiful and a refreshing change to the craziness of Marrakesh!

It was fantastic I got upgraded to a suite, my windows opened directly
onto the sea. I could here the waves crash and seagulls and wind. The
staff were lovely, the breakfast was great. It really had the wow
factor, pictures don't do it justice. Breakfast on the roof
terrace was fantastic, with the odd seagull landing on the window
nagging for food.
